Attendee FAQ

1. Why attend AITF 2026? – It is an opportunity to meet suppliers from across India without traveling 13,000miles to India. We are bringing India to you.
2. I have never sourced from India. Is it right for me? – Learn from SMEs (Subject Matters Experts) on subjects such as Why source from India, How to choose a reputable Indian supplier, Will tariffs impact my cost, and more. These sessions are free and need no prior registration.
3. Are all the exhibitors from India? – No. It will be a mixture of few US companies, and the rest majority from India categorized as follows;  those who already have US presence, some in the process of incorporation and rest we are going to try to convince to establish an US entity soon.
4. Where in Atlanta is the venue located? – GICC (Georgia International Convention Center) is located in the city of College Park GA, right next to Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson International Airport. You‘ll completely avoid Atlanta’s infamous traffic.
5. Are there hotels nearby? – Three properties (Hilton, Marriott, Spring Hill Suites) are within 100 yards of the convention center. Additionally, there are nearly 70 other hotels withing 5 to 10 driving minutes from the venue.

Exhibitor FAQ

1. What is AITF 2026? – AITF is an initiative by GIACC to help small and medium size Indian manufacturers enter into / expand in USA market by meeting with prospective customers in a trade fair setting at Atlanta, GA, USA April 21, 22 & 23, 2026
2. Why Atlanta GA? – Georgia (GA) the state has been consistently ranked as the #1 destination to start a business in USA for over a decade by several Business Magazines and publications. The Republican party led state is very business friendly and several international giants like Mercedes, Porsche and NCR relocated their HQ from other parts of USA to Atlanta GA because of this. One of Hyundai’s largest manufacturing plants in the world is in LaGrange, Georgia. Atlanta, the capital of State of Georgia, is considered the gateway to the Southeast USA, and the entire eastern seaboard of USA because of the strategic nature of Savannah and Brunswick seaports and Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport – the busiest airport in the world since 2000’s.
3. Who is participating? – About 30 to 40 manufacturers, engineering industries associations, and manufacturing related service providers from across India are expected to participate in AITF 2026. We are also expecting a few local Georgian and other US companies to participate as well.
4. Who is expected to attend the trade fair? – we are expecting buyers representing companies of all sizes from across Georgia, Southeast USA and entire continental USA to attend.
5. How will the trade fair be marketed? – Two ways; a) we are inviting companies of all sizes across USA with the help of manufacturers organizations / associations, other chamber of commerce’s, FICCI USA based in Embassy of India in USA, thru Consulate General of India, Atlanta, and several other avenues. b) we are requesting all exhibitors to share the NAICS / SIC codes of 2 or 3 of their most desired prospective customers. Using this data, GIACC’s will identify similar companies from across USA and give all pertinent information like name, website, contact information of key decision makers, revenue, employee headcount, etc. We expect each exhibitor to use this information and reach out directly and invite them to attend AITF 2026. When you do, share the official flyer. The flyer has a QR code to the Attendee Registration page or they can click on the QR code to directly take them to the Attendee Registration page as well.
6. What else is planned for at AITF 2026? – GIACC will be hosting breakout sessions for all Attendees on topics like Why source from India, How to choose the right Indian manufacturer, Why make in India, etc. We are also planning to organize a tour of the city of College Park for all Exhibitors to see in-person why they should start their US operation in College Park GA.
7. Ok, I am interested. What next? First reserve a booth before we run out of booths. You can reserve your booth at  Georgia Indo American Chamber of Commerce – Atlanta India Trade Fair 2026 – Exhibitor. A company or organization can reserve up to a maximum of 4 booths.
8. What will be provided as part of a booth? – Booth floor dimensions are 10ft (width) by 9ft (depth). No side walls. Sides will be defined by a masking tape on floor. Each booth will get a 10ft wide by 8ft high collapsible curved display that’ll serve as backwall. Exhibitor should provide the artwork per AITF 2026 guidelines. Additionally, each booth will get rectangular table covered with a skirted cloth and 2 chairs. Each booth will also be provisioned with a 5amp US style (120v) power outlet.
9. I don’t have a US visa? – Apply for a US visa immediately, get your file # and interview date. Share this information at info@codissia.com no later than January 31, 2026. We’ll seek the help of US Senator’s office to expedite the US visa interview date like we did back in 2023/4. PS: your name should appear as a booth host in our Exhibitor Registration portal mentioned in (7) above. If your name is not in our system first, we cannot help you with your visa interview dates.
10. Is group travel being organized? – Yes. Contact CODISSIA at info@codissia.com and express your interest to join the group tour. CODISSIA can also help you ship your booth display / products to the trade fair in advance.
11. Where is the trade fair venue located? – The venue, GICC (Georgia International Convention Center) is located next to Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport in the city of College Park, GA. It’ll be very convenient for both you and your prospective buyers to participate in the trade fair thus. College Park is a suburb of Atlanta GA.
