Anita E.J. Ninan

Anita Ninan is a dual- licensed attorney admitted to practice in the state of Georgia and a certified lawyer admitted to practice in India. She is the founder and principal attorney of Ninan Legal LLC, a boutique US immigration practice law firm. She focusses her practice on U.S. business immigration and nationality law as well as gl obal mobility, with previous international work experience in a British multinational bank and national U.S. law firms. Anita provides legal advice to companies across a range of industries, regarding the temporary and permanent transfers of foreign natio nals, for purposes of employment, US permanent residency and US citizenship through naturalization. Anita currently serves as Board Member of the Georgia Indo – American Chamber of Commerce (GIACC), having served previously as Chair and President. She also s erves as an Honorary Legal Advisor to
the Indian Consulate General of Atlanta. She is a member of the Advisory Council, Dean Rusk International Law Center, at the University of Georgia School of Law, Athens.
