Chirag Jain

Chirag Jain is a corporate attorney and serves as General Counsel at Atlanta Partners Group, an asset management and investment firm. He focuses on corporate governance, private fund formation, securities compliance, and cross-border transactions, advising sponsors, developers, and investment managers on structuring and operating investment vehicles. He has extensive experience preparing and negotiating private placement memoranda, operating and limited partnership agreements, subscription agreements, and investment management arrangements in connection with offerings under Regulation D and Regulation S. He regularly advises on capital formation, investor onboarding, and ongoing regulatory and compliance matters. He also advises on cross-border transactions between the United States and India, including commercial agreements, M&A due diligence, and foreign legal opinions in connection with IPOs of Indian companies. He has significant experience in EB-5 investment structuring and compliance, including the formation of investment and project entities and ongoing USCIS and investor compliance matters. He earned his LL.M. from New York University School of Law and his B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.) from a law school in India. Chirag is admitted to practice in New York and India and is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
