Anil Khatod is a Senior Partner at Argonaut Private Equity and George Kaiser Family Foundation (GKFF) with more than $6 billion under management. He is the founding partner and directs Argonaut’s and GKFF’s global investments. His investments include both public and private companies in technology, financial services, and healthcare sectors in the US, India, China, Europe, Australia, Japan, and Israel.

Khatod has helped build several early and growth-stage companies including taking them through M&A and IPO processes. He serves or has served as a director of more than 25 public and private companies, angel-invested in more than 40 companies, and is a mentor and adviser to several companies and boards. Khatod currently serves on the board of directors of six companies and on the advisory boards and investment committees of more than a dozen venture and private equity funds.

Formerly Khatod was the CEO of AirDefense, a cyber security company that was acquired by Motorola, and the group president and member of the chairman’s executive council at Nortel Networks where he played a leading role in building global leadership in the optical and wireless network businesses with P&L responsibility for more than $25 billion in annual revenue.

The Taipei Economic and Cultural Office(TECO) in Atlanta and the Sam Nunn School of International Relations from Georgia Institute of Technology are co-hosting a symposium on “Taiwan in the Indo-Pacific Geopolitical Competition” on April 17, 2023. We have invited Dr. Shelley Rigger, Vice President of Davidson College, to deliver a keynote speech. Well-known professors and experts including Michele Flournoy(former Under Secretary of Defense for Policy under President Barack Obama), General Phil Breedlove(former NATO Supreme Allied Commander Europe and US European Command Commander), Robert Bell(CEO of National Security Counsel consulting firm), etc. will take part in the panel discussion.
